Brief job description:


Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for an Application Support Consultant Apprentice with Culverdocs, a data-capture partner and digital systems provider based in Swindon.


Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Actively monitoring the service desk tickets, creating, responding, and closing tickets based on the client feedback.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by consistently delivering proactive and reactive support.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and design tailored solutions using the platform.
  • Perform system configuration and setup based on client requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation.
  • Take part in discovery sessions with clients to gather and understand their business processes and data capture needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical and development team to communicate client needs and provide feedback for platform improvements and escalate where necessary.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Loves animals: We have 2 super friendly office dogs, who come into the office 1 to 2 days a week and expect a lot of fuss and attention.

Future prospects:

The role offers a permanent role upon completion of the apprenticeship depending on performance.
