Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for an Application Support Consultant Apprentice with Culverdocs, a data-capture partner and digital systems provider based in Swindon.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Actively monitoring the service desk tickets, creating, responding, and closing tickets based on the client feedback.
Ensure high client satisfaction by consistently delivering proactive and reactive support.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and design tailored solutions using the platform.
Perform system configuration and setup based on client requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation.
Take part in discovery sessions with clients to gather and understand their business processes and data capture needs.
Collaborate with the technical and development team to communicate client needs and provide feedback for platform improvements and escalate where necessary.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
