As a company we provide consultancy services to our clients in relation to their flexible benefit arrangements.

We provide a range of regulated and non-regulated benefits via a digital benefits platform as well as full pension consultancy services.

In addition, we provide Wealth Management Services and advice (rather than generic information) to all employees via our partnership with True Potential Wealth Management Services.

We are regulated by the FCA via True Potential Wealth Management to provide regulated services.

Our company aspiration is to offer a real alternative to the needlessly expensive and complex coded digital benefits market and provide all employees with access to fabulous benefits and really good and effective free financial advice (rather than generic information).

Our customers are mainly UK-based and range in size from 10 to 4,000 employees with our key target market being employees.

We are the client's focal point for the successful delivery of any changes they require to their pension or benefit plans.

This includes the addition of new benefits, changes to benefit structures or eligibilities, complex benefit designs, mergers and acquisitions and the communication of the programme to employees.

The Health and Risk Co-ordinator will support the Consultant in making sure all the many complex projects work smoothly and the various team members are aware of the tasks they need to achieve to ensure success and the highest level of employee engagement.
