Are you an enthusiastic, engaging character with a positive "can do" attitude? you will be the first point of contact for clients, so we want someone who will make a good first impression..
as well as carrying out a variety of Admin tasks - It's a fabulous culture and no two days are the same.
The role will involve...- General Reception duties, including meeting & greeting clients, taking calls and messages, directing calls, preparing meeting rooms, making drinks for clients and organizing lunches as needed.
- Adhoc Admin duties, including managing petty cash, carrying out I.D. and document checks, postal duties both inbound and outbound
- Some secretarial duties, including opening new instructions and any other tasks to support the team.
- Provide outstanding client care, whilst maintaining a friendly but very professional approach in both appearance and attitude.
- Someone who is willing to learn and go the extra mile to deliver support to the business.
