Reed Supply chain are currently recruiting an Import Coordinator for a well-established Freight Forwarder. This is a great office with a friendly, hardworking, and supportive team and onsite parking.


What is Involved?

  • Booking deliveries
  • Custom documentation
  • Using in house system (Multifreight)
  • Invoices
  • Supporting customers with general customs advice
  • Building and maintaining client relations for continued business with customers

What are they looking for?

  • Experience within shipping or Freight Forwarding
  • IT Skills: Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Knowledge of Multifreight, Destin8 or CNS
