We have a vacancy at Toyota Ilkeston for a Sales Administrator.

About the role

The Sales Administrator is responsible for the provision of an effective administration service to the sales department within our Retail Centres, delivered by careful adherence to process.

You will ensure the department operates efficiently through the accurate and timely processing of sales related administrative processes, with all queries (internal and external) addressed promptly and thoroughly.

Main Responsibilities

Document all sales, ordering and processing vehicles sales
Invoicing vehicles to endusers
Deal effectively with customers and internal departments
Assisting sales team in processing a vehicle through the whole sales process
Liaising with the manufacturer regarding vehicle specification, ordering stock and delivery queries
Ensuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover
Housekeeping Activities
Keyloop DMS run reports and correct vehicle records as required
Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Previous experience within a similar role
Proven ability to build strong relationships; evidence of service that prioritises, meets and exceeds customer expectations; deals promptly with customer concerns
Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner; consults colleagues and refers appropriately
Able to evidence pride and enthusiasm for product and brand
Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of business objectives
Ability to adapt and learn new tools and techniques, and willingness to embrace opportunities for change
