We are working with a purpose-driven creative and tech agency who drive change. They work with clients such as Amnesty International, UNICEF, MCF and Oxfam. They transform how organisations engage their most important people.

They have 150 employees over 5 offices, and are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join their team in London.

This is a varied role, where you will support the London leadership team and the global Business Operations team.

As Business Operations Coordinator you will

  • Work with Account Leads and senior leadership ensuring all forecast data is accurate.
  • Work with Account leads to update project progress in salesforce.
  • Provide reports to London and global teams including monthly and ad hoc requests.
  • Support the London Director will administrative tasks such as financial reconciliation, meetings and internal projects.
To be successful in the role you will

  • Have 12 years in a business support role.
  • Be experienced in using Excel/or Google sheets.
  • Have the ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems and communicate with those around you.
  • Be comfortable with interacting with colleagues at all levels.
Have great attention to detail, asking questions when needed.
