ThriveState, a prominent real estate agency specializing in offplan properties, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Offplan Agent to join our team.
As an Offplan Agent, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their offplan property investments, providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a network of potential clients interested in offplan property investments through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Educate clients about the benefits and risks associated with offplan properties, answering their questions and addressing any concerns to build trust and confidence.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify suitable offplan projects and properties that align with clients' investment objectives and preferences.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable offplan properties, providing them with comprehensive information on project details, payment plans, and potential return on investment.
- Coordinate property viewings, site visits, and meetings with developers to showcase the unique features and benefits of offplan properties.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of offplan property purchases, ensuring favorable agreements for clients and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Guide clients through the process of securing financing, liaising with mortgage lenders and financial institutions to secure the necessary funding.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with developers, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure all legal and financial aspects of offplan property transactions are handled efficiently.
- Stay uptodate with market trends, new offplan projects, and regulatory changes in the real estate industry to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand your knowledge and build relationships within the offplan property sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or offplan property specialist, with a successful track record of closing offplan property deals.
- Indepth knowledge of the offplan property market, including market trends, project developments, and financing options.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools for property listing, market analysis, and contract management.
- Ethical and professional approach to client interactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
- Valid driver's license.

Salary:
£50,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
