Who We Are Looking For:

We're looking for energetic individuals who are passionate about working with children, have a love for play, and a heart for service.

Prior experience in childcare is essential.

The Role:

Locations: North Newington, Middleton Cheney, Adderbury, and Deddington Schools.
Shifts: Weekdays, termtime, 3pm to 6pm. Hours could be 6 hours 15 hours a week, depending on location. Extra hours may be available during Holiday Clubs.
Rate: Starting from £10.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. Plus holiday pay
Start Date: September, with training commencing in July.

Qualifications:

Previous childcare experience is preferred.
Playwork Level 2/3 qualifications or equivalent are desirable but not essential.
Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene qualifications are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster an engaging, safe, and nurturing environment for children aged from reception class to Year
Encourage independence and creativity through various activities such as sports, messy play, and art & crafts.
Ensure play areas are safe and equipment is set up correctly.
Use play activities to support children's social and emotional development.
