James Kay Associates are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced business in Nottingham on a full-time permanent basis.

£23k salary + £2k service delivery bonus OTE £25k
Monday to Friday hours 37.5 PW

You will be responsible for

Managing the endtoend customer services experience, taking ownership of customers issue through to full resolution and seeing through to satisfaction and achieving service level agreements
Building strong working relationships with contracted customers and internal/external stakeholders and have a clear understanding of contractual obligations for each customer
Completing administrative tasks associated with your role within agreed timescales, logging all correspondence into the inhouse system
Have previous Customer Service experience
Have expereicne of working with products
Be happy to work different shifts as this role works on a
3week rotation shift pattern of / / Monday to Friday:
