Senior care assistant - RJ

I am currently recruiting for my client's residential Home based in Brentwood who are actively looking for experienced senior care assistant's to join their team and lead from the front The home is registered for a maximum of 36 bedded service users andprovides care to those with dementia and old age.

- £10.40 to £11.40

Full time and part time hours / Days or nights
Permanent contracts

Senior care assistant / Team Leader main duties:

Routinely oversees and monitors care workers and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.

- responds to emergencies and provides guidance and support to care workers;

To ensure you adhere to CQC and company policies

Senior / Team Leader - experience/ qualifications:

Previous experience working within a Care Home setting is desired
NVQ level 3 qualification in Health and Social care are desired, but are not a necessity
Experience working with the Elderly and those with mental health needs is desired
YOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK WITHIN THE U.K / This client does not deal with sponsorship
