Client Details

  • Our client is a Not For profit Organisation in social care sector based in Harrogate, working with closely with other charities and NFP organisations, in order to support young people.
  • Looking for a Project Coordinator to join in this brand new role due to a large amount of growth in the organisation.

Description
Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Working on a variety of projects at any given time, you will manage key priorities effectively and keep all stakeholders up to date with project progress.
  • Supporting and advising the rest of the coordinator team, the senior leadership team and the director for the area that you are supporting.
  • Designing and organising events conferences and workshops in support of managed projects.
  • Managing, monitoring, and reporting budget management of projects.
  • Supporting the development of detailed documents, plans and resource allocations for projects.
  • Produce regular and detailed performance reports against agreed metrics and KPIs for all projects for the Board and stakeholders.

Profile

  • Has previous experience working in OR supporting projects, events, administration.
- _Can offer high-quality support to our Managers, Senior leadership team and the Directors. _
- _Is very organised, can work to tight deadlines, has excellent communication skills._


Job Offer

  • Salary of £24,000 £27,000
