An exciting opportunity to join a well established family run company, trading since 1985 and based in Rochdale has arisen.

Along with joining an esteemed company, this is the perfect opportunity for a Transport Planner who is able to cost effectively plan routes for vehicles whilst maintaining customer relationships.

• Provide customers with delivery updates
• Perform regular analysis, reconciliation, problem solving and progress chasing of all collections/deliveries
• Work directly with our drivers to explain daily routings and debrief them at the end of each day
• Liaise with service providers to ensure vehicle maintenance standards are met
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site
• Supervise the vehicle parking on site
• Understand financial documents and work with the accounts team to manage payments and invoices
• Sales Experience

Salary:
£30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rochdale: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
