Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative.

As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and support
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling our products and services

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to take initiative and make decisions
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions

Salary:
From £25,706.45 per year
