Job Title: Building Safety Consultant/ Building Regs Principal Designer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our team in Swansea, South Wales.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver the BRPD service and provide expert guidance on building safety and compliance.

The successful candidate will have experience in health and safety, CDM, and compliance consultancy, and will be able to work effectively with clients to identify and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the BRPD service to clients across various sectors.
• Provide expert guidance on building safety and compliance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective risk management strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and project progress.

Requirements:

• Registered Architect or Architectural Technologist qualification.
• Proven experience in health and safety, CDM, and compliance consultancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
