We're now looking for a Head of Sales to join us.

This is the perfect job to get genuine all-around experience; whilst there will be the daily tasks that are required, there will also be a great deal of autonomy for you to make the role your own.

About the Role.


Predominantly focused on leading and driving the delivery of new sustainable ongoing sales growth, you'll also be required to get involved with New Product Development, Marketing, Training, Community / Social projects and admin as necessary.


  • Role Specifics_


As the Team Lead for HORECA New Business Sales, you'll lead from the front, and will be passionate about our mission and values as well as the opportunities within this sector.

The ability to lead a team of entrepreneurial BDMs, whilst working in conjunctionwith our business support function is essential to deliver sustainable sales growth and the Delphis Difference.


  • Objectives of this Role_
  • Driving HORECA sustainable, ongoing and profitable sales growth across multiple channels and routes to market
  • Coordinating with BDM and the Customer Service team to ensure a smooth mobilisation and ongoing performance of both new and current projects.
  • Building relationships with both new customers and prospects, promoting the product and Delphis Eco brand
  • Maintaining relationships with existing distributors scheduling regular visits and gaining an understanding of their business and requirements, so they will support the delivery of new business acquisitions, where necessary
  • Updating distributors and customers with relevant and recent information such as new products
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and service specifications with buyers and managers
  • Managing sales by developing business plans covering sales, revenue, and margins.
  • Full P&L responsibility for the delivery of the revenue and profitability targets
  • Manage forecasting with the supply chain to ensure optimal stock efficiencies
  • Work closely with marketing to build and execute channel plans
  • Develop and manage BDM reports

  • Personable you will need strong communication skills: excellent command of the English language, having the ability to talk to CEOs and cleaners with the same ease
