We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in primary schools across Nottingham.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and promoting a conducive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
Provide oneonone support to students who require additional help with their learning.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and help implement individual education plans (IEPs).
Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and other school activities.
Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents/carers.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or experience as a TA
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students and schools.
A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate or willingness to undergo a DBS check.
