We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator who has excellent customer service, communication, organisational and time-management skills with an interest in property.

As the Negotiator you will join a well-respected and growing independent Estate Agents that can offer you full training and excellent career prospects.

You may be an experienced Negotiator currently and are looking for a more rewarding position or are keen to start a career in Estate Agency to make better use of your excellent customer services skills.

Either way you will need to demonstrate passion for good customer service, attention to detail and a desire to succeed.

You will be the face of the business, meeting prospective customers and clients both on the phone and in person.

• Carrying out Sales and Lettings viewings
• Instructing new properties
• Negotiating offers with prospective tenants and landlords
• Ensuring the continued growth of the business by providing excellent customer service
• Selling mortgage leads and other services we offer
• Conducting vendor and landlord contact
• Complete inventory reports
• Match customers to properties

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to make decisions and act upon them
• Proactive, organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under own initiative
• UK driving licence & own car
