Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive practitioners who have experience working in the community within complex family situations. You must hold a nursing, health visitor or midwifery qualification and be registered with the NMC.

The Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) has been in Tower Hamlets for 15 years and is highly regarded by key stakeholders working with children and families.

You will be part of a well-established programme, in a dynamic team of Family Nurses who feel passionate about the work they do with young parents and their families.

The provider organisation is Tower Hamlets GP Care Group (CIC). FNP is part of the 0-19 integrated service alongside health visiting and school nursing. As well as undertaking the specialist training require for the role there will be opportunity to attend training and development with colleagues across the care group
