My Client is looking for an experienced legal secretary to provide secretarial support in their Leeds office. They are seeking someone who can work to multiple deadlines and manage their workload efficiently.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working, self-motivated individual who can demonstrate strong attention to detail and who can work using their own initiative whilst possessing a collaborative approach.
Key responsibilities
- Effective communicator, within the team and with other secretarial support
- Organised, can maintain electronic filing systems in accordance with recognised procedures and standards
- Record and monitor deadlines
- Prepare and edit correspondence, minutes, letters, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Planning and scheduling appointments, conferences, and meetings
- Assisting with billing procedures, liaising with clients in relation to payments outstanding
- Produce documents and letters as directed
Your skills and qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary
- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent administrative skills, with close attention to detail
- Fully IT literate, must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel
- Ability to multitask
- A proactive worker who can also be part of a team
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
