A Conveyancing Paralegal is wanted for a fantastic Birmingham based opportunity with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm.

Applications are invited from Conveyancing Paralegals looking for an opportunity to utilise their skills and move their careerson in a supportive working environment.

Salary is upwards of £20K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will join a busy, friendly team assisting on a full and varied caseload sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions from start to finish.
