Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a company based in Leatherhead, who are looking for an HR Administrator to deal with all aspects of HR administration, as well as general office administration.


Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping accurate holiday and sickness records
  • Keeping up to date with HR legislation
  • Assisting management with HR queries, providing advice when appropriate
  • Processing HR documents
  • Assisting with company policies such as Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Assisting departments with recruitment
  • Keeping files up to date
  • Reviewing and renewing company insurances
  • Registering, taxing and insuring company vehicles, arranging services and fuel cards
  • Ensuring fire and health and safety equipment is up to date
  • Liaising with security and cleaning companies
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Arranging meetings, booking travel arrangements
To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous HR Admin experience
  • Ideally CIPD qualified, or willing to undertake
  • Professional manner with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels
