YOUR ROLEOur Employee Relations team who are based in Ashby de la Zouch have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified HR Professional where you will deliver consistent, clear, and concise deskbased employee relations advice, support, and case management for the UK and Ireland.

This is a Monday - Friday position working 40 hours per week offering a hybrid approach.- WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?As a CEVA Logistics Employee Relations Advisor, you will be joining a broad and diverse Human Resources team where you will work within a small desk-based ER Function where you will report directly into the Employee Relations Team Leader.

You will provide people managers with valuable coaching and support on employment law issues, managing complex cases through to resolution, mitigating the risk of employee tribunal.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners where you will support on all case management activities, delivering planned and agreed individual consultations as part of TUPE and redundancy activities.- You will build effective internal and external relationships where you will provide a mediation service to resolve conflict, escalating where appropriate to resolve matters in a professional and practical manner.

Capable of managing and maintaining HR systems, you will record all employee relations cases using a case management system, where you will analyse and produce reports to highlight issues and trends and increase awareness relating to people management.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You will have experience of creating, analysing, and implementing employee relations policies, procedures, and processes in line with organisational requirements.

It goes without saying that you will be an excellent communicator, problem solver, influencer, and negotiator with an outstanding customer service ethos.

This role requires a resilient and empathic individual who can build strong and credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders, experienced in challenging, coaching, and guiding people managers through complex ER cases.
