About the role


Account Executives provide campaign coordination and daily support to the wider Client Services & Planning teams across the Consumer team.

They assist in the day-to-day administration of campaigns and the facilitation of the campaign delivery process across all tiers of briefs.


This position will have the chance to work across multiple top spending brands such as BT, EE and Plusnet across a variety of products including Broadband, Mobile, BT Sport & TV.


Essential Functions/Responsibilities:


Client Satisfaction

  • Develops and maintains a workinglevel understanding of assigned client's industries, company culture, and products/services
  • Supports the wider team in delivering an exceptional client experience during every agency interaction
  • Will develop strong relationships with key dayto
- day clients, partner agencies, media owners & internal teams


Essential Satisfaction

  • Ensures the wider multidiscipline team feel invested in, engaged with, cared for and are motivated to deliver their best work
  • Provides timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development and improvement

Work Quality and Innovation

  • Supports senior CS by maintaining uptodate campaign project plans using Essence tools and technology
  • Supports senior CS by maintaining the view on Campaign Status ahead of time for internal huddles, Client status meetings, client briefing development meetings using Essence tools and technology
  • Manages documentation & content within the best practice structure and conventions; ensure deliverables and assets are managed and shared with the relevant people
  • Supports team huddles and weekly client status meeting

Financial Strength and Operational Excellence

  • Supports the client billing process ensuring reconciliations are approved by internal teams and invoicing is complete within agreed internal timescales
  • Supports the end to end invoicing process including managing to budget, reconciliation completion

Competencies (Specific knowledge, skills and abilities):

  • Will be highly motivated, numerate and articulate, both when speaking to clients, writing documents and analysing results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the desire to learn and drive for excellence
  • Will have an eye for detail to meet the needs of an analytical data driven client
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen ability to prioritise, multitask and process large volumes of information quickly
  • Ability to build positive and meaningful relationships quickly.
  • Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
