Description

Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selection
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
Restock bar supplies and replenish inventory as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquet events or catering services

Experience:

Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred
Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology is a plus
Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and management
Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating bills accurately
