Description

Conduct training sessions to educate customers on best practices for e-commerce integration, offering guidance on optimizing their platforms.

Assist customers to implement integration solutions effectively. This includes addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on integrating the software or services.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to integrations. This may involve debugging, analysing logs, and working closely with development teams to find and implement solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for common integration issues such as FAQ's and their resolutions, ensuring a comprehensive knowledge base for both customers and team members
Ensure that integration processes are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards. This may involve designing test cases, performing tests, and reporting defects for developers to fix.
Serve as a liaison between clients and the development team. Communicate technical requirements, issues, and progress to internal stakeholders.
Keep uptodate with changes in integration technologies and best practices. Suggest and implement improvements to streamline integration processes and enhance customer experiences.
Use problemsolving skills to investigate and where required, forward complex integration issues to development team

Pay:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
