A lovely way to start the new year, we have a new opening due to growth in the market place for a part time Administrator to join our dedicated team of consultants here at ReQuire HQ.
The primary purpose of the role will be to: support the consultants in sending out correspondence to various parties, prepare job descriptions, blog write and nurture all social media activity as well as conducting research on various projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary management
- Research and write job descriptions and blog entries
- Oversee and positively impact the social media output
- Interact with individuals enquiring about various opportunities
- Create and action various Eshots through a database
- Work with the Senior team on various projects
- Support and maintain the upkeep of a live database
- Play a part in event organising
The key skills and experiences we are looking for include:
- Experience of working in a small team environment is an advantage
- An eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Willing to play a support role and at times step in to assist in a pro active manner
- A confident and accurate grasp of written English, an essential for all marketing purposes
