SEND TA role in a Primary school in Stockton-on-Tees.

_ Key Responsibilities as a
SEND TA:
_
- Supporting and delivering differentiating learning to suit the needs of individual pupils.
- Working with students on a onetoone basis and in small groups with a 'hands on' approach to supporting children in their learning.
- Working alongside Class Teachers and Teaching Assistants to ensure the correct and best levels of support are given to students.
- Working with challenging behaviour, knowing the necessary strategies to obtain a safe and supportive learning environment.
_ Requirements:
_
- Childcare based qualification.
- Experience working with SEND pupils or in the classroom.
- Local to the Teesside area.
- Driver (preferred)
- Prior experience in the classroom is preferred but not required.
- Have a passion for education to ensure pupils are supported in an inclusive classroom environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
