Recently rated by Ofsted as good for delivering apprenticeship Hull Training and Adult Education, part of Hull City Council, is one of the largest providers of vocational training and further education in the region with an excellent reputation for delivering quality courses to industry.

Due to increased demand we are now looking to add to a team of skilled tutors in our Mechanical Engineering department.


We are seeking an inspiring and enthusiastic tutor with relevant mechancial engineering qualifications and experience of working in the industry.

Although previous teaching experience would be preferred we have an excellent record of teacher training and encourage anyone who feels they have skills and the ability to pass on their knowledge to learners to apply.


We are looking for individuals who can make a significant contribution to the development and skills of the next generation of engineers.


Experience of machining / fitting / CNC / CAD would be welcomed as would previous experience of apprenticeship standards delivery.
