An amazing opportunity has come up for a confident accounts professional, located in the Northampton area.

A long standing client of Mitchell Adam is currently struggling to get back on top of a backlog of invoices that needs processing and they are in needof another set of hands to do this.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who has experience processing invoices within a previous/current position, who is looking to strengthen these skills in a temporary to permanent, Purchase Ledger focused role.

Our clients are looking for someone who has experience processing invoices previously as this is the main focus of this position.

Although they are open to taking on someone who hasn't got a lot of experience with invoice processing, they are ideally lookingfor someone who is reasonably confident when it comes to processing them.

This position is a great opportunity for someone with limited accounts payable experience who is looking to strengthen this skill.

Ideally, you will:

Have worked in a finance position previously where you were responsible for processing invoices.
Be confident when it comes to being on the phones as there will be some invoice queries that need resolving via telephone calls.
Be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE as this position is looking for someone to start within the next week.
Have used Microsoft excel within a workplace previously and would be confident in maintaining as well as generating reports for senior management.
