Here is some of what you'll be doing

Coaching and support your learners throughout their programme (inc EPA)
Providing Functional Skills support to your learners where needed
Observing learners (virtually) to help gather high quality evidence
Supporting IQA activities as required
Completing peer to peer moderation and observation
Monitoring your learners attendance and OTJ hours
Carrying out remote learner sessions and reviews
Maintaining documentation on learners' progress and ensuring audit compliance
