Here is some of what you'll be doing

  • Coaching and support your learners throughout their programme (inc EPA)
  • Providing Functional Skills support to your learners where needed
  • Observing learners (virtually) to help gather high quality evidence
  • Supporting IQA activities as required
  • Completing peer to peer moderation and observation
  • Monitoring your learners attendance and OTJ hours
  • Carrying out remote learner sessions and reviews
  • Maintaining documentation on learners' progress and ensuring audit compliance
