About Our Client:
As a Payroll Team Leader, your main purpose is to ensure effective and efficient Payroll Service to 15,000+ employees in the workplace whilst adhering to agreed deadlines.
You will be a crucial point of contact between internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the Payroll function, providing specialist and technical advice relating to all pay issues.
Additionally, you will be required to support and mentor the senior and junior payroll clerks alongside other team leaders.The Successful Applicant:
The successful Payroll Team Leader must have:
- Have good experience working in Payroll and have a thorough understanding of payroll systems
- Have the ability to manage multiple payrolls that are 1,000+ in size
- Excellent IT skills
and a good understanding of Microsoft Office - Good communication skills
- Experience of managing and supporting staff
