Based in the heart of the Black Country, my client offers a salary ranging from £40-50K (negotiable on experience), 20% bonus on all bills issued and paid over financial targets, auto enrolment pension scheme, free onsite parking and an unrivalled career developmentprogramme.

Our client is a leading law firm who over the last 5 years have seen unrivalled growth, from humble beginning now operating out of multiple locations across the region.

They are now seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join them on a permanent contract.

Working as a Commercial Property Solicitor your duties will include but not limited to:

  • To effectively manage a caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and other legal documents
  • To build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of service
  • To carry out business development and networking activities to generate new business

The ideal applicant will be an experienced and highly motivated individual who possess the following:

  • Commercial Property Solicitor with minimum 2 years PQE
  • To have a strong knowledge of commercial property law and regulations
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Effectively manage a busy workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Working hours are Monday-Thursday 9am to 5.15pm and Friday 9am to 5pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
