About the team:
The HROP team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Support regional HR Operations improvement projects both longterm or adhoc to relentlessly drive operational efficiency, create scalable solutions, and enhance both employee and stakeholder experience;
- Partner closely with Global CoE teams to ensure the best processes and practices are designed and implemented in the region. Additionally, partner with all lines of HR such as HR Operations, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HRIS to identify needs or opportunities for process improvements, and gain resources to implement the change;
- Design and develop necessary tools to support other functions in order to promote internal resources, and improve knowledge around HROP processes.
- Strong ownership and responsibility for quality, analysis, and overall communication plans.
- Based on the distribution of work within the team, this role may have additional responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience within HR Project Management, HR Shared Services, or HR Business Partnering.
- Strong problemsolving, flexibility, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of regulations in multiple EMEA countries.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources is preferred.
- Experience in change management initiatives.
- Experience in HR operations across multiple regions.
- Detail oriented with strong written, oral and verbal presentation skills.
