Surveyor
Novax Recruitment are currently hiring for an experienced Surveyor in the Waltham Forest area.

£300 - £400 per day.

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, 36 hours per week.


Key responsibilities include:

To provide a technical overview of the Council's Housing stock.

To undertake and record quality assessments of all contracted works undertaken by partnering contractors through a post inspection regime.

To provide technical reports and defect diagnosis for the Councils property portfolio.


Provide technical reports and guidance for all regulatory compliance with the Landlord & Tenants Act, Fitness for Human Habitation Act, including disrepair, planning, Building Regulations etc.

To undertake Stock Condition surveys including HHSRS assessments, Fire Risk Assessment surveys/actions arising.
