Hounslow Primary Care Networks are developing workforce plans that support both Practices and PCNs to attract the best talent and to develop and support staff in their careers within the NHS.

There are a number of professionals involved in this work and an HR Business Partner is now needed to work directly with the 47 Practices to support them with their own recruitment.

This role is separate to the PCN recruitment and will work specifically with the individual Practices.

Understanding of Primary Care within the NHS and the core roles that work within these teams
Understanding of the strategic direction NHS England has laid out for the development of PCNs
Strong background in recruitment and selection
Ability to influence without authority
Ability to engage quickly and successfully with multiple stakeholders

Terms & conditions

The contract of employment for this role will be hosted by Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare trust (HRCH) working on behalf and in partnership with the Hounslow PCNs. The role will be line managed by the HRCH Director of Primary Care Networks in partnership with the Deputy Director of People who will provide the professional expertise and support.
**The contract will be for an initial term of one year with the possibility of extension.
