Accounts and Payroll Assistant (Part-Time, Fixed Term)

Please note this position is 24-30hrs per week on an initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of being extended.

The Role

  • Maintain company sales and purchase ledger
  • Processing payroll
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Credit control duties
  • Filing of invoices
  • Other relevant ad hoc duties

The Person

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Competent in working off on initiative
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience in working on Sage Accounts
