Competitive Initial salary from £24,000 -£27,000 per annum dependent on experience, with potential to increase based on performance, Including Pension Scheme Enrolment

Responsibilities:

Quality checking machined items to drawings using Vernier's and other measuring equipment
Deburring machined items with hand deburring tools to a high level of quality
Using hand power tools such as drills & hand routers
Cutting nested parts out with Stanley Knife
Using a Tapping arm and fitting inserts
Operating Cross cut saw
Operating Band saw
Following the ISO process at all times
Recycling off cuts of material
Keeping work area clean and tidy
Button pushing production machines when set up by others

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

Strong communication skills
Understanding of technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail
Strong decision making and time management skills
Excellent numerical skills
Health & Safety awareness
FLT counterbalance licence (not essential)
Experience working in a production / manufacturing environment (not essential)
Ability to be flexible and learn new skills
Basic IT skills
