Monday - Friday

What you'll do day to day in this Customer Service Coordinator:

Handle incoming calls from existing customers
Opening new jobs on the internal system
Liaising with management internally to schedule works as required
Complaint handling where required
Ensure high standards on accuracy when updating systems

To be successful, you must come with
exceptional customer service skills and the ability to operate computer systems as well as
Microsoft Office effectively.

You must be immediately available for work and ideally looking for a long term, permanent opportunity.
