The Role
In this role you will undertake the day to day running of the St Edmund's College Alumni operation. Building mutually beneficial relationships with past students and the College. Supporting the Marketing Manager/Director of External Relations in delivering the College's marketing strategy.


Responsibilities include

  • Building lasting relationships with current and former students, staff and parents.
  • Welcome visiting Alumni and giving tours of the College where required.
  • Maintaining and managing the Alumni website; updating weekly with engaging content including news, sport, events and full, rich media content.
  • Organising, managing, and attending events, including dinners, reunions, and receptions in the UK and worldwide.
  • Organising current student leavers' events such as balls and dinners.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong IT skills across multiple platforms
  • Excellent general administration skills
  • Positive and friendly approach with an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude
  • Experience of managing and hosting events
  • Experience of developing proactive and creative engagement ideas
  • Selfmotivated, creative thinker
