A global leader within the Loss Adjusting Industry and renowned worldwide for being passionate about what they do are now seeking a talented Claims Technician/Adjusting Executive to join a highly successful Private Clients team.
Your responsibilities:
- Work on a one to one basis with the loss adjusters
- Maintain electronic files to a high auditable standard, including preparation of claim documentation as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and complete case enquiries as directed by the adjuster
- Provide assistance on site on occasion, including minute taking of meetings, preparation of the action plan, taking statements/photographs etc as directed
About you:
- Have the confidence and ability to deliver excellent Customer Services throughout the lifecycle of the claim
- Organised and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work in a demanding environment and be able to handle difficult situations
- Experienced in using computer based claims handling systems
- Hold either Cert CILA or Cert CII or the desire and agreement to attain this during the first year
