A large international London Hotel is seeking a Recruitment & Training Officer to be responsible for the day-to-day functions of recruitment and training with the support of the Human Resource Manager for this busy Hotel.

The Recruitment & Training Officer will
Report to the Human Resource Manager
Drive recruitment and training
Be a hands on when needed supporting the Human Resource Manager
Support Executive Team and all HOD's and overall head count of 250 employees from a recruitment and training perspective
Partner with key stakeholders

As Recruitment & Training Officer you will have
Experience of Recruitment, training at all levels and general HR
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Builds relationships, trust and comfortably networks with employees at all levels.
Charismatic and talented individual with a genuine attitude for people.
Genuine and friendly, with a passion and drive to make a difference.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, brimming with enthusiasm, can-do attitude and bags of personality.
Strong work and personal ethic, who has pride in what you do.


Previous Recruitment, Training and General Human Resource experience within the Hotel or overall Hospitality sector is preferred, along with a proactive approach, strong drive for results and a track record of achievement.
