Our client, an independent Estate Agency with Branches based in East London, are looking for a Sales Manager to join their ever growing team at their Leytonstone office.

You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities to develop new business as well as the brand.

Job role

Managing the office
Conducting Market appraisals and converting to listings
Liaising with clients and vendors
Negotiating offers
Managing the sales process
Increasing brand awareness and create new business opportunities
Generate mortgage referrals
2 years Sales Manager experience
Proven sales track record
Preferable NAEA qualified
Ability to develop new business and be driven to build brand awareness
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High degree of organisation and customer service skills
Driving licence and own car

This role has great progression prospects with a generous commission structure

Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
OTE £65,000 - £100,000
