Michelle Denny Recruitment is happy to be working alongside the new to Diss business, Lancaster Gate Assistance, who offer outsource claim solutions to the insurance industry and they are looking to build their new team of Recovery Claims Handlers.

Salary is up to a negotiable £27,000pa with a monthly performance & attendance related bonus and some lovely benefits on top.

Hours are 38.75 a week, rota'd between 8am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and is available on a hybrid basis.

The role is a stimulating one, as you'll be managing your own cases.

You'll have responsibility for the recovery of client uninsured losses sustained as a result of Road Traffic Accidents.

With the losses including hire and repair costs, excess, pre-accident vehicle value, recovery, storage and loss of earnings, this is a role where you can really make a difference to each client's claim journey, guiding their way and ensuring they are given regular and accurate updates leading to a smooth transition to a successful end of their claim.


Plus of course, you'll use your excellent detective skills to gather the relevant information to investigate Liability Disputes, (Sherlock Holmes' Deerstalker cap not included).


As well as experience within managing claims, you'll need superb communication skills across the board, as you'll predominantly be liaising on the phone with insurers, clients, solicitors and vehicle repairers and will need to keep timely and accurate records on the company's Case Management system.
