What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting:
Small team of Investment Bankers. Reporting into the Head of Investment Banking
Key duties:
- Full PA support to team members
- Organising and booking logistics for roadshows and meetings both internal and external (restaurants, travel agent liaison for flights, trains and hotels, cars)
- Producing itineraries
- Telephone answering
- Assist with large meetings and conferences
- Maintenance of client data on spreadsheets and SingleTrack
- Expense management
- Room Bookings
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements
What is the company looking for?
Background and experience:
- At least 510 years' experience a similar Team Assistant/PA role within an Investment Bank (large or small)
- IBD PAi.e. someone who has been a PA in a recognised mainstream busy IBD corporate finance department
- Effective written and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Sarah Rickard, Director, former sports professional and lover of the great outdoors_
