We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Associate to join our team in Park Royal.

You will provide admin support to the team of HR Business Partners and Senior HRBPs across the Park Royal sites.

We are looking for somebody who has strong communication and system skills with great attention to detail and analytical capability, payroll administration experience desirable.

You will be working as part of a team so must be able to communicate at all levels and be proactive in your day-to-day work.

The Role

Manage the Right to Work process for the BU ensuring all employees have the correct documentation and required follow up checks are completed.
Supporting Payroll administrator with Payroll related tasks on an adhoc basis
Getting involved in projects to support and drive engagement across Meals London
Providing admin support required at BU level for the resourcing process for both weekly and salaried employees.
Supporting the HR team in the preparation for ethical and customer audits and produce any ongoing compliance data required.
To provide admin support for absences, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals including information transfer to Shared Services, arranging meetings and taking notes at hearings.
Coordinating all BU people communications and ensure they are cascaded as appropriate for the audience.
