Description

JP Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Planner to join our market leading client in their cold automated warehouse facility.

As a Warehouse Planner you will be responsible for carrying out all necessary work for planning and coordinating client's orders, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Main Tasks and Duties:

Scheduling and executing process orders
Using the warehouse management system, in accordance with agreements with clients and hauliers
Issuing process orders to forklift truck drivers and pickers
Monitoring the schedule and making adjustments if necessary
Maintaining daily contact with clients and hauliers or their representatives on progress, priorities, anomalies, and problems
Identifying anomalies and problems, informing the Operations Manager, agreeing on measures to be taken
Processing the administrative information relating to the logístical activities

Additional Tasks:

Keeping up to date on developments in the area of work
Continuing to focus on opportunities for improvements and cost savings
Actively exchanging information and knowledge with the other sites
Actively working on the development of personal performance
