Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and running of the service and breakdown team. Organising the teams diary with boiler servicing, landlord gas safety certificates and boiler breakdowns
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Assist in organizing office events or meetings
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Pay:
£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
