Call Handler
£20,815 + Performance related bonus
Hybrid working

My client a professional Security company based in South Leeds are looking for a Customer Service professional to join their team.

To be considered for this role you must have experience working in a busy demanding environment.

Call handler duties:

  • To answer incoming calls from internal colleagues and clients
  • Ensure the company system is updated and calls are logged with all relevant information in line with company policies
  • Liaise with the Call planners/Regional Management and highlight/escalate any known issues or queries that may impact on service delivery to our clients
  • To be flexible and adaptable where required
  • Manage day to day call handling in line with the company processes
  • To meet predefined target times, SLA's and KPI's by managing incoming calls into switchboard
  • Excellent solution and problem solver
  • Empathic response to customer queries and faults

Essential experience:

  • Excellent timekeeping
  • Customer orientated with an empathic approach to service delivery
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be respectful to colleagues
  • Effective verbal and written skills
  • Computer literate
