My client a professional Security company based in South Leeds are looking for a Customer Service professional to join their team.
To be considered for this role you must have experience working in a busy demanding environment.Call handler duties:
- To answer incoming calls from internal colleagues and clients
- Ensure the company system is updated and calls are logged with all relevant information in line with company policies
- Liaise with the Call planners/Regional Management and highlight/escalate any known issues or queries that may impact on service delivery to our clients
- To be flexible and adaptable where required
- Manage day to day call handling in line with the company processes
- To meet predefined target times, SLA's and KPI's by managing incoming calls into switchboard
- Excellent solution and problem solver
- Empathic response to customer queries and faults
Essential experience:
- Excellent timekeeping
- Customer orientated with an empathic approach to service delivery
- Good communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team and be respectful to colleagues
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Computer literate
