Are you looking for an opportunity to leverage your project management skills in a way that makes an impact? The Talent, Development & Engagement (TDE) team is seeking a 12-month fixed-term contractor Project Manager who will have responsibilities forscoping, delivering and leading projects and communication.

The primary areas of focus include translating business needs into comprehensive project plans and creating communication plans for current and emerging leaders to support our colleague experience,culture and drive the WTW strategy.

The Role

Project management:


  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to build and execute wellstructured project plans.
  • Translate organizational and business needs into comprehensive project plans
  • Monitor progress of projects, escalating and mitigating project risks and issues. Create accountability structures for project teams and managing projects towards deadlines. Facilitate project team meetings with ownership and accountability of key pieces.
  • Identify and collaborate with internal procurement and team to facilitate relationships and source external vendors.

Project communications:


  • Identify sustainable ways to collaborate with other teams to align messaging around initiatives and drive forward our vision and strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).

Broad TDE Team support:


  • Work autonomously and fluidly across a broad team in a collaborative, communicative manner supporting a multiple of activities with dotted line relationships.
  • Represent and propose planning/ideas in visually appealing, thoughtful, and articulate ways.
  • Understand principles and objectives of TDE priorities.
  • Proactively look for ways to incorporate I&D principles into TDE offerings. Role model inclusive behaviors and being an Ally.

The Requirements:


  • Proven project management experience
  • Prior HR experience an advantage
  • Skilled in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Growth mindset
  • A desire to contribute towards an inclusive team atmosphere and organizational culture
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Selfawareness of the impacts of change and personal resilience
  • Global experience is an asset
