Operations Co-ordinator
Based at Head Office in London Bridge
Minimum 3 days per week office based, other days can be WFH/Remote by agreement.
£26-28,000 P.A. plus Benefits Pack and KPI Annual Bonus (OTE £30-32,000).
Description
The role would sit within our Operations Team, with the individual engaged daily with the Sales, Finance and Installation Teams, plus external contractors/suppliers.
The role would be a direct report to the Operations Manager who the individual would be working closely with along with the Senior Operations Co-ordinator to liaise with the management of products/services and installers/contractors/suppliers.
The role supports the work of the Operations Team to ensure that Bay Media is meeting its regulatory obligations, especially in respect of Health and Safety.
It would require working in conjunction with other Operations Team members to oversee the Daily Works Schedule and Print Production Schedule.
The role while not holding overall responsibility is involved with quality control processes, sourcing, and procuring high quality products/services for Bay Media and monitoring product/service standards.
The role would support the resource/recruitment of employees/contractors to help deliver Bay Media's OOH services.Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of installers/contractors/suppliers, including working with both the Daily Works Schedule and Print Production Schedule
- Providing a bridge between the Sales/Agency/Contracts Teams and the Operations
- Supporting the Finance Team with the invoicing of contractors/suppliers
- Assisting in the management of the external training of Bay Media Installers (and
HERS, etc.
- Supporting the training, recruitment, and resourcing of new Bay Media Installers and/or external contractors
- Reviewing Proofrock data (Bay Media's own Inventory Auditing System) and
- Providing cover for other members of the Operations Team (including the
Requirements/Skills:
- Must possess a desire to make processes more efficient.
- Should be able to demonstrate good organizational and planning awareness, showing a capability of managing multiple and concurrent projects.
- Will be a clear and competent communicator, familiar with managing operators working onsite or in a Highways/Construction setting.
- Capable of using detailed statistical analysis to improve workflows and processes.
- Adept at providing innovative solutions to problems.
- Industryspecific technical knowledge (not mandatory but beneficial), including a knowledge of: o IPAF o Streetworks o CHAS o HERS o FORS o Salesforce
